So, I decided to do some watercolor floral cards using Altenew’s monthly inspiration challenge colors. I actually made 2 “sister” cards. This is the 2nd card with the darker contrasts. I love Iris flowers, so when this stamp was released; I, of course, had to buy it. I used my Altenew Crisp Dye Inks to watercolor my flowers. I just dabbed a bit of ink onto my glass mat, added a couple of drops of water, and painted. For this card, I used Sunkissed, Burnt Red, Ruby Red, Cloudy Sky, and Nimbus Crisp Dye Inks. For my sentiment, I enjoyed using Altenew’s Press Plates designed to be used with the Betterpress Letterpress. It always comes out so perfect.
