Hello all, Crafty Stamp Co. Crew Member Deborah Hellman here to share with you my super fun birthday card using the new Party Like a Panda Stamp Set from Crafty Stamp Co. I am always in need of birthday cards, so I try to continually replenish my stash year round. 🎂 🥳

When I created this card using the pandas and coordinating patterned paper, I wanted to give the fun balloon patterned paper from the Let’s Party Paper Pad some vertical movement. So, I cut a 1¼ inch strip and mounted it on some red cardstock. Next, I tore/distressed the edges of the cardstock to add a little interest. I then created a horizontal sentiment banner for the adorable birthday pandas to sit on. There are several sentiments included with the stamp set, so you can select the one that fits your purpose. Next, I colored the pandas with Copic Markers using the same color palette as the patterned paper to give the card a cohesive look. I always select my paper before coloring so that everything coordinates. Once I finished coloring the adorable pandas, I finished the card by mounting all of the components on a clean white base to provide a high contrast. I wanted my focal image and colors to really pop.
