Double Stenciling Combined with an Embossing Folder

Do you want to step up your embossing folder card designs? Today, I am sharing my new Spellbinders’ March Club card. For this card, I decided to use several Spellbinders’ sets combined with a double stenciling technique. I used a circle shaped cut out, but you could use any shape… heart, star, square, flower… any shape you like.

Double Stenciling on a
Dry Embossed Design

Steps…

  • Dry emboss a piece of A2 cardstock
  • Use a die shape to cut a hole in a left over piece of mylar or acetate that is larger than your card
  • Place this die cut sheet with the opening over the area you wish to stencil, then add your product stencil on top.
  • Ink blend the design as usual.
