Hi everyone! This is Deborah and I’m excited to share my Movie Monsters project with you today!
On my previous Movie Monsters card, I used the bride stamp, so this time, I wanted to use the sweet Frankie stamp.

First, I stamped and colored Frankie using alcohol ink markers. He’s an adorable character and easy to color.

Next, I die cut a “Boo” sentiment from a heavy and smooth white cardstock. The weight of the paper makes it more sturdy, and the smoothness allows the ink to blend easier.

On the letters, I used Mustard Seed and Villainous Potion Distress Oxide Inks, but any two colors will work as long as they coordinate with your paper and design. For the shadow die, I added a little Ground Espresso and Black Soot Distress Oxide Inks, just to grunge it up a little.

For my background, I used the Elegantly Eerie Patterned Paper Pack. I selected three different sheets (a dark sheet for the background 4¼” x 5½”, a colorful sheet for the strip piece 2¼” wide, and a third lighter paper 1¾” wide to distress and provide a background for my stamped image). I cut the third strip slightly more narrow than the striped strip purposely and then ripped the edges with my fingers.

Next, attach all of your pieces to your A2 cardbase using glue or adhesive tape.
